Ross Perot, Jr.
Ross Perot, Jr served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Perot Systems until his election as Executive Chairman of the board of Perot Systems Corporation in September 2004.
Mr. Perot served his country completing more than eight years of service after joining the United States Air Force in 1983.
In the United Kingdom, he serves on the Executive Committee of the Prince of Wales Business Leaders’ Forum and the Winston Churchill Foundation. His past accomplishments include a Federal Aviation Administration Gold Medal Award for Extraordinary Service - November 10, 1982 Presented by President Reagan, a World Record for Circumnavigation of the Globe in a Helicopter presented by Federation Aeronautique Internationale in November of 1982, the Langley Medal Award presented by Smithsonian Institute in May of 1983, the Sikorsky Trophy for record setting helicopter event in May of 1983, and his graduation from Officer's Training School as a distinguished graduate and second lieutenant where he received the Kieffer Award for leadership in1983. He was also selected as one of America's 10 Outstanding Young Men by the Junior Chamber of Commerce in January 1984, received Manager of the Year Award by the National Management Association on June 21st, 1990, and received Entrepreneur of the Year Award by the University of Missouri-Kansas City on October 18th, 1990.
Ross Perot, Jr. was born on November 7 1958 in Dallas, Texas. He is married to Sarah F. Perot and has 4 children. He graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
