EWI is more than just a think tank. We don’t just devise innovative solutions to worldwide security challenges. We also maintain contacts at the highest levels of governments, militaries, businesses, and NGOs to make sure these solutions are implemented and make a real difference in people’s lives.

30 Stories for 30 Years
In 2000, EWI Chairman George F. Russell, Jr. commissioned the compilation of just a few exemplary stories of EWI’s first twenty years and our impact on the world. Ten stories from the new millennium were added in 2011 to mark the institute's 30th anniversary.
